Implement **Link** and forwarding hint, according to [SNAMP techreport](http://named-data.net/publications/snamp-ndn-scalability/). This Feature includes: * the Link object, as a subtype and subclass Implementation of Data * add fields to Interest to support forwarding hint link (forwarding hint) in ndnSIM. Hacking of ndn-cxx is needed.
