Automatic Prefix Propagation

Automatic Prefix Propagation is a feature of NFD-RIB to propagate prefix registrations from an end host to a router.

When an end host is connected to a router, NFD-RIB on the end host automatically sends prefix registration commands to the router, such that prefixes needed by local producers are registered on the router toward the end host.
Those routes are informally known as "back routes".
