Description
To write more intelligent application (or to run a slightly modified version of existing NDN apps), ndnSIM needs to exponse more advanced API, including ability to express interests and handle interest timeout from within a non-ndn::App classes. In other words, there should be an ability to create a "handler" (face) which would act like a socket.
