This issue tracker http://redmine.named-data.net/projects/named-data-net links to https://www.named-data.net/ but server does not respond to https requests.
The correct link is http://named-data.net/

The issue was that the link pointed to https, which we never enabled. I changed to http everything is working now.

http://www.named-data.net is working but it's still bad. Canonical URI http://named-data.net should be used.

Both of them are kind of canonical, but I have changed the link anyways.
