Description
This is task for ndn-cpp-dev. Interest and Data packet should be redefined to allow attachment of LocalControlHeader to them (similar to PacketTags in NS-3).
Also, part of this task is to enable ability to get shared pointer from Interest or Data packets (inherit from enable_shared_from_this).

This task should be moved to ndn-cpp-dev project, and be updated to reflect its actual status. I see something related merged.
