Three test cases added to I01a6fc08171619f94aa3fe54daa560ecf301adae patchset 2. Current CS is passing those tests.
I still have suspicion on ContentStore find logic, so I'll write more test cases sometime later.

I don't plan to add more test cases for current spec.
NDN-TLV spec is changing soon to include a distinct TLV-TYPE for implicit digest. I'll create new test cases after new spec is published.
