At least SIGINT and SIGTERM signals should be processed and NFD should be gracefully terminated.

Boost.Signal can be used for the implementation:

boost::asio::signal_set signalSet(<ioService>, SIGINT, SIGTERM);
signalSet.async_wait(callback);
