Steps to reproduce:

  1. start NFD
  2. start build/bin/nfd-autoreg -i /A -w 0.0.0.0
  3. invoke build/bin/nfdc create udp4://192.168.0.1 and then nfdc create udp4://192.168.0.2

Actual: NFD crashes after both UDP face created notifications are displayed by nfd-autoreg

Expected: NFD does not crash
