Description

Right now the same trust model applies for both /localhost and /localhop command Interest, which needs to be explicitly separated.

As part of this task is to change trust model for the /localhost commands in the sample configuration file to be permissive and allow anybody to perform all operations.

I believe this is just a matter of changing configuration file.

Unfortunately, this is more than just configuration file. Configuration file defines a single trust model. If the trust model includes trust anchor (as we are planning to have for /localhost), the same would apply to /localhop if the same trust model is used.

Yingdi and I talked about this today. The most general solution is to create a modification to the configuration file, allowing specification of multiple independent trust model that are selected, for example, by Data or Interest prefix. However, we don't need this generalization right now (and it would take time to implement), and in RIB particularly we need to have a clear separation between localhost and localhost anyways.
