We need a tool or a set of tools to directly manage contents of zones.

I add two three tools
1) zone-build tool to generate a new zone (and its KSK and DSK).
2) zone-register-root to add root zone to NDNS ('s root name server). ID-CERT record is created.
3) zone-register to add a subzone to the working zone ('s name server). NS record, ID-CERT (subzone's KSK signed by parent zone's DSK) are created.
waiting for Xiaoke's revise before Alex's verification.
