Description
In nfd-status text output, show names of RIB flags in the same way as face flags.
In nfd-status XML output, change schema to match how face flags are represented.
In nfd-status-http-server XSLT stylesheet, display RIB flags in the same way as face flags.

One question:
Do we need to add a nfd-rib-flags file in ndn-cxx lib?
There is a nfd-face-flags.hpp in ndn-cxx lib. I think add a nfd-rib-flags.hpp is good for adding new flags in the future.
