Description

Write a document about client.conf. This document should cover:

  • discovery procedure: where to find client.conf?
  • file format
  • semantics of each option, and consequence to change a certain option (eg. changing tpm= requires clearing PIB)

#2533 should just include update of the documentation. There is no reason not proceed with this, given documentation is outdated
