Description

When dsk is specified, ndns-create-zone should not use and do any checks on ksk parameter.

I'm not even sure that ndns-create-zone should do any additional checks if ksk and dsk are specified.

My current intention is to separate location of ksk and dsk. KSK is more secret and will be kept outside NDNS system. A version of DSK will be configured to run with NDNS.
