Description
On android platform, NFD is expected to run intermittently. Therefore, we may need functionality to save current PIT/FIB/RIB state and restore from snapshots when needed.
Initial part of this task is to investigate whether this function is needed and related issues if implemented.

Storing PIT is a bad idea: consumers are expected to retransmit their Interests.
Storing the RIB (and therefore the FIB) should be useful, but this requires the face to still exist (or be creatable) when restoring.
