Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. join a chatroom with routable prefix set to /private/local
  2. change into a routable prefix such as /ndn/edu/ucla

Expected: ChronoSync tree shows user's nickname in only one node

Actual: ChronoSync tree shows user's nickname in two nodes
