ndn-cxx-breaks https://travis-ci.org/yoursunny/ndn-cxx-breaks/builds/145665659 is reporting errors:
- NFD has a unit testing error in
Face/TestWebSocketTransport/StaticPropertiesNonLocalIpv4caused by #3676 - ndn-cxx-integ has unit testing errors caused by #3136-3
- ndn-tools has a build error caused by #3665-7
I'm unable to confirm this Change does not break things until the third problem above is fixed.

ndn-cxx-integ is failing due to #3136-3 which is irrelevant to this issue.
