Implement skeleton for unit tests

Description
We need to add a skeleton to add/run unit tests. In addition to the skeleton, this task should add documentation on how to write tests cases and how to run them.

There is not much that is needed for skeleton. Gradle is very powerful system, relying on naming conventions to do various things. Just creating a folder and putting there test cases is enough to do the job.
