Description
A command-line tool should be created to check the status of and interact with the currently running NLSR process.
The tool should display:
[-h] Usage information
[-V] The NLSR version string
[status] The contents of the LSDB
The tool should allow a user to:
[advertise NAME] advertise a name prefix
[withdraw NAME] withdraw an advertised name prefix
