#2286 disables OpenID because OAuth and OpenID authentication plugins cannot be enabled at the same time.
When Gerrit software has hybrid OAuth+OpenID capability, OpenID authentication should be re-enabled, to give users the freedom to choose their own identity providers.

This feature has been enabled during one of the previous upgrades. I tested and it is working, at least with Launchpad's OpenID.
