Description
Decide the license for ndn-tools.
After a decision is made and approved,
- add
COPYING.md file
- update license boilerplate in all files
At 20150323 conference call:
Lan suggests to use GPL3 license, because all imported code so far are GPL3.
Lan also suggests to keep separate copyright holders for each tool, because typically only one institution works on a tool.
Alex suggests to keep a copy of original license boilerplate below the new boilerplate.
