Logcat: Log Tag Management Features

Description

The following logcat features should be implemented:

  • ability for user to add log tags and the priority level to be monitored
  • ability to delete log tags that the user doesn't want to monitor
  • ability to reset all log tags to our recommended default tags and priority levels

The user interface should be intuitive and actions should ideally be presented in the action bar of the activity.
