Xterm for node does not have home folder set

Description
Currently, when an xterm terminal is launched for a node, the HOME folder is not set to the corresponding node's home folder. When nfd-status is run, it connects to the socket specified in the user's home folder rather than to the socket in the node's home folder.
If the HOME variable is changed to the node's home folder, nfd-status works properly.
