Description
In IntegrationTests, switch OS platform from Ubuntu 12.04 to Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit.
This includes:
- change the base box in
Vagrantfile
- modify dependency installation steps if necessary
- fix any other problems

I also need to upgrade the Emulab verification scripts, but I won't work on this until after Aug 04.

I'll run the Vagrant script and post the results here.
Attached is the run log for gerrit 2274 patch set 1. Everything appears to be working from what I can see.
