Scenario Template documentation incomplete

Description
On https://github.com/cawka/ndnSIM-scenario-template the readme still states to do a
git clone git://github.com/NDN-Routing/ndnSIM.git ns-3/src/ndnSIM
while it should be git clone --recursive ...
I think it would be enough to just refer to the project website documentation for this:
http://ndnsim.net/2.1/getting-started.html#simulating-using-ndnsim
You could also consider making a separate sub-section for the scenario template on the official website (or rather separate it from the included show-case examples).

actually, there is a repo under the named-data-ndnSIM organization that is the official one after the latest release:
https://github.com/named-data-ndnSIM/scenario-template
However, we need to revise the readme file there as well.
