Steps to reproduce:

  1. start NFD
  2. rm -rf $HOME/.ndn
  3. launch ndncon.app

Expected: main window appears

Actual: application hung, Console reports error occurred: BasicIdentityStorage::getDefaultIdentity: The default identity is not defined
