Description

By default Mini-NDN stores everything under /tmp.
Allow users the option to specify a working directory.

Since /tmp or /mnt/ramdisk gets wiped out after a machine reboot,
a results directory is needed where the results would be automatically
moved to once an experiment has been finished.
