Description
Using ndn-cxx logging facility. The two main use cases are: user-friendly stats (e.g. throughput), and detailed logging for debugging and behavior/performance study.

This isn't really a duplicate of #4406. This task involves adding detailed logging via ndn-cxx's logging API, something that isn't currently available in chunks and which isn't the goal of #4406.
However, feel free to reject this task instead, since there doesn't seem to be a need for this functionality at this time.
