Description

In FaceModule text output, display "local-fields=enabled|disabled" if FaceScope=local.

In FaceModule XML output, add a <flags/> element.

In HTTP status server XSLT stylesheet, display "local-fields=enabled|disabled" if FaceScope=local.

Since nfd-status is deprecated per #2542, I'm assuming that this change should be made in nfdc.

I believe this issue should be blocked by #3732, as the value of Flags is required to be in ndn::nfd::FaceStatus for this feature to work.
