The "prebuilt OpenSSL libraries" part needs to add one more instruction:
after the building process is done, you need to download Android.mk file from github repo: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/named-data-mobile/crystax-prebuilt-openssl/master/$OPENSSL_VERSION/Android.mk
