Our existing WiFi scenarios work in ad hoc mode (e.g, https://github.com/named-data-ndnSIM/ndnSIM/blob/master/examples/ndn-simple-wifi.cpp), which implies that nodes should not generate NACKs, otherwise creating unexpected results.
