Create faces in NFD for each neighbor of NLSR

Description
Also provide an option to specify udp or tcp faces. Some faces on the testbed are tcp.
Not sure if needed. NFD does seem to get faces in nfdc face list. So it should serve those faces when asked for.

NFD creates udp multicast faces on port 56363 by default (whose local uri is the IP of the interface).
Mini-NDN needs to register via nfdc face create to create a point to point face.
