Description

Steps to reproduce: navigate to https://named-data.net/doc/NFD/current/ on a mobile browser
Expected: layout is adaptive to small screen size
Actual: text is too small to read, clickable elements are too close to each other

For instance, in INSTALL.html, part of a command line output overflows the background box. Scrollbars are needed here.
