Description
NDN Packet Format v0.3 removes Interest selectors.
As part of Packet03Transition, this issue is to drop selector support in ndnpeek, and then add CanBePrefix and MustBeFresh elements.
Other new elements in Interest packet will be added separately and are not part of this issue.
