ndndump: display Ethernet addresses

Description

When NDN packets are directly transported over Ethernet, it's important to see the MAC addresses of sender and destination. Optionally, we could support displaying the link-layer addresses even when IP/TCP/UDP headers are present (tcpdump uses the -e option to enable this).
