Currently, friends can only be made by scanning QR codes. The user should be able to search for friends and add them remotely.

Currently, remote friend requests using the mutual friend trust model are automatically accepted after the certificates and the signed interest are verified. We need to give the user the option to reject incoming friend requests even after trust has been established.
Then need to add code for the hierarchical trust model case.

In case a potential friend is offline, we need to express the friend request interest for a set number of times over a few days before giving up.
