Description
Currently, npChat registers the route /npChat/ on the multicast face created by NFD and creates faces to all nodes found using NSD and registers routes /npChat/ on them. We need to find out if there is a way to determine if UDP multicast is supported on the current network and use NSD if necessary.

Additionally, we should only create routes to other users that are already our friends or that we want to send a friend request to.
