Deploy Ubuntu 21.10 Jenkins agents

Description
Ubuntu 21.10 was released on October 14, 2021. At least two 64-bit Ubuntu 21.10 agents should be set up as soon as possible.
Once that's done, all Ubuntu 21.04 agents can be retired.
generic/ubuntu2110 box is available.
I was waiting a bit for the bento boxes (so far they have been the most stable ones), but setting up the generic ones for now. Will let you know once the projects pass testing.
P.S. I will switch to bento boxes soon after they are available.

I’ve tried with the generic box but the installation is way too lengthy and fails at some point with all kinds of errors on user creation failure. I’ll see if I can pinpoint the issue and resolve it, otherwise I’ll create my own box.
Generic boxes are useless. I'm using Ubuntu/impish64 for now.

I'll add a final update once the rest are tested and will remove 21.04 agents.
All passed and removed 21.04 agents. This issue can now be marked completed and closed.
