Description
Create a vagrant file to install all the mGuard dependencies.

new Vagrantfile created, with mguard dependencies and nac-abe patch applied
simple install script added to mGuard repo
mGuard repo cannot be automatically cloned because it is a private repo
based on my testing, it looks like it works, but I want to wait for other people to test it before claiming that it is 100% complete

just need to check on latest update to make sure the script works with our latest system
