NLSR

Currently, NLSR provides the functionality to save (and remove) prefixes added to NLSR via nlsrc more permanently using the copy of the configuration file held in the state directory. However, the code for doing this currently only works for the existing code and will not properly handle using the property tree functionality to add or remove nested values from the configuration file. This functionality would likely also be necessary for adding/removing neighbors dynamically in the future.
