- Section 10.1.2 needs update (daemon/main.cpp does not include NFD initialization)
- Section 11.1.4 (test code guidelines): update to the current conventions
- Section 11.2 (integration tests): Give brief instructions on how to run integration tests in vagrant and what system requirements are needed (=how many cpus, how much RAM)
- everywhere: There are references to version 0.2.0 of NFD. Needs to be updated or written in more version-agnostic way
