Section "configuration file - developer info": daemon/main.cpp does not include NFD initialization
Section "test code guidelines": update to the current conventions
Section "integration tests": Give brief instructions on how to run integration tests in vagrant and what system requirements are needed (=how many cpus, how much RAM)
Everywhere: There are references to version 0.2.0 of NFD. Needs to be updated or written in more version-agnostic way
