* Delete mentioning about scripting strategy, because this isn't coming. 
   Rename "built-in strategy" to just "strategy".   
   Note: Section 6.3 of the direction of strategy development has been shifted NFD developer guide ("How to "composable forwarding plane" (#2000) develop a new strategy") still references `available-strategies.cpp`, now removed, and "routing announcement annotations", which are very different from scripting strategy. 
 * In "How does not mention the new mechanism to develop register a new strategy" section about strategy registration, replace `available-strategies.cpp` with using the macro `NFD_REGISTER_STRATEGY`.
