Description
- Delete mentioning about scripting strategy, because this isn't coming.
Rename "built-in strategy" to just "strategy".
Note: the direction of strategy development has been shifted to "composable forwarding plane" (#2000) and "routing announcement annotations", which are very different from scripting strategy. - In "How to develop a new strategy" section about strategy registration, replace
available-strategies.cppwith macroNFD_REGISTER_STRATEGY.
