Description
Add PublisherPublicKeyLocator selector processing in ContentStore.

This is last (or one of the two last) feature issues for version 1. It should be closed asap, so we can finalize version 1 release.
What I see in the library is that Interest has getPublisherKey, but how to get the key from the Data? Data.getSignature and then what?
Ok, I think I figured out
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
- Status changed from In Progress to Code review
- Status changed from Code review to Closed
