Repo table reorganized or in-memory index.

Description
For now, the structure of repo table is not done and it could not support all the protocol of repo. It should be fixed in next version. For speeding up, in-memory index may be built.
Can anyone list specific requirements of the index?

It should work fast and take minimum amount of memory :)
