./waf fails with following error:

Reason:
Man pages don't exist for following two tools but they are specified in conf.py of doc.
- ndnsec-op-tool
- ndnsec-sig-verify
Fix:
Delete lines 234 and 237 of docs/conf.py or provide man pages for the tools.
