Description
Write an outline of App developer documentation.
The target audience is developers who intend to develop NDN applications with ndn-cxx library.
It should briefly explain ndn-cxx architecture, and provide some guidance of designing producer and consumer applications.

I decide to take this Task. @Alex is too busy with other Tasks and didn't have a chance to work on this in the past 4 months. I have gained enough knowledge on ndn-cxx during all those code reviews.
The App Developer Guide has been approved together with NFD Developer Guide.
Issue #1888 suggests the necessity of this document.
