Delay when using ndnputfile and NFD

Description
When using ndnputfile with repo-ng, there is about 4s delay on NFD platform.
However, there is no such delay when using ndnd-tlv.

Don't close it without explanation.

The description of the issue is not appropriate. I'm working on finding the actual reason of the problem.
The delay is resolved after updating ndn-cxx and NFD.

Please make sure you have latest (git HEAD) version before reporting a bug.
How exactly it is related to the update of ndn-cxx and NFD? I don't remember anything that was changed in this regard

Why is this issue "In Progress" but has no assignee?

During 20140619 conference call Alex confirms it's a repo-ng problem which is fixed.
