Description
NLSR should subscribe to face status notifications and look for notification about destroyed faces toward neighbors.
When it detects that created faces are destroyed, then NLSR should attempt re-create the face and re-register prefix for towards the face.
Note that process of re-creation should not happen more often than HELLO interval.
