In particular, optional KeyLocator is now part of generic SignatureInfo.

This change would simplify implementation of other modules.

signature-info.hpp does not compile on its own http://jenkins.named-data.net/job/repo-ng/291/OS=Ubuntu-12.04-64bit/console. Please fix.
